Planning: Our collaborative approach, based on data and experience, with you, our planners, and constructions and maintenance teams, provides you with a proven process for developing concepts that will meet market demands now and in the future.
Commercial Landscaping Architecture:Your vision is developed into inspiring concepts that are reviewed with our in-house estimating, construction, and maintenance teams that balance quality and constructibility while maximizing budget and schedules.
Urban Design: You will work with our urban designers that bring you technical expertise and an included process to get buy-in from the local community and progressive solutions to bring critical lifestyle elements to constrained spaces.
Initial Consultation: Our landscape designers will meet you on-site to establish a landscape design brief. Consultations take approximately one (1) hour and include, design advice, ideas on areas within your garden, as well as: soil, planting advice and selection, construction advice, such as structures, fencing, decking, pools, retaining walls, paving, drainage, irrigation. Consultations do not include sketch drawings. After we have met, we would then provide you with a detailed design fee proposal outlining the scope of works discussed for your consideration.
Design & Budget: Upon acceptance of the design fee proposal, the first produce Design. Here we provide a drawing of the proposed landscape, images, and items (from past projects) that would fit within the landscape and an associated itemized budget (based on the initial available budget) that we can work through and refine to bring it into line with where it needs to head.
